Do I need to use the upgrade now?
No — all upgrades can be redeemed in 2026 during the promo window.
Is retouching included?
No, but you can add retouching during your final image selection.

If I gift the QuickTake Pass, how does my friend redeem it?
You will receive a custom code for them to book directly through Acuity.
What if I need to reschedule?

Quick Take + Take Two
Offer Details
Book a QuickTake session before the end of the year and receive the Take Two Add-On (15 extra minutes + additional looks) at no additional cost.
Use code TAKE2CM at checkout to redeem.
The Take Two upgrade does not include retouching. Retouching can be purchased separately.
Redemption Window
The Take Two upgrade is valid for QuickTake sessions scheduled December 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026.
Upgrade must be used during the redemption window.
No extensions, rollovers, or exceptions.
Limitations
Limited to the first 25 total redemptions.
Valid only for QuickTake sessions.
Code must be applied at checkout — it cannot be retroactively applied.
Cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for credit.
One upgrade per client.
Booking Requirements
All bookings must be completed through Acuity Scheduling.
Client must select a standard QuickTake session and enter the promo code during checkout.
Studio policies regarding cancellations, lateness, and rescheduling still apply.

What the QuickTake Pass Includes
One QuickTake session (standard 30 minute 1-look session).
Does not include retouching or Take Two upgrade.
The recipient may purchase upgrades or retouching separately.
Redemption Window
The QuickTake Pass is valid for sessions scheduled March 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026.
Pass must be redeemed during this timeframe.
No extensions, rollovers, or exceptions.
Transfer Rules
May be gifted one time to a single individual.
Once gifted, it cannot be re-transferred or reassigned.
Gifting must be confirmed in writing (email) so studio can update the recipient info.
Limitations
Offer limited to the first 10 Feature bookings (or your preferred limit).
Pass cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a different session type.
One QuickTake Pass per Feature session booked.
Booking Requirements
Feature session must be booked and paid in full before the promotional period ends.
QuickTake Pass recipient must schedule their session through Acuity using a custom code provided after purchase.
All standard studio policies regarding cancellations, lateness, and rescheduling apply to both the Feature session and the QuickTake Pass.
